- It’s 1/2 cup of pomelo juice.
- You need 1/3 cup of juice of navel orange.

- Prepare 1/4 cup of crushed cashews.

- Wash the fruit and lettuce.
- Slice the ya pear, tomatoes, one orange, and pomelo into wedges..
- Take the pomelo and use only half. remove the inner skins getting the pulp. Put the pulp into salad of half and juice the other half..

- Peel and slice kiwis.
- Crush the nuts. I put between 2 paper plates amd used my cooking hammer to crush them..
